Manuel Ramirez currently serves as the club’s President and strives to provide more competitive soccer opportunities in the Imperial Valley. As a coach with over 14 years of experience, he won Presidio league championship in 2012. He is highly involved in the community, specifically with Boy Scouts of America, California Mid-Winter Fair’s Heritage Foundation, and Mt. Signal 4-H. Manuel is currently a resident of the City of El Centro.
